“Hashem Restaurant is a fast food chain, famous for it’s Hommus, Falafel and Fool. It is also considered a tourist spot. It was first founded by Hashem Saber Al-Turk in 1956. A story that begins with the determination and enthusiasm of Hashem Al-Turk and his belief that there is still space in life that would allow him to preserve the name that he carried on his shoulders from Jaffa to be passed on to generations after him, so it was that Hashem Al-Turk decided to create a restaurant. Hashem in 1956 in an alley located on Prince Muhammad Street in the center of the capital, Amman, so that the restaurant became one of its landmarks and stuck to its name.”
